Wedding wishes...

Hello again!! This is my fourth post for the PTI challenge in which we had to use both leaves and butterflies in a project!! PTI is celebrating its 5th anniversary and today is the 9th day of the festivities!!!

This time I also made a card, using the butterfly die by PTI and some leaves from Turning a new leaf also by PTI stamped in chartreuse. I also used some dot circles in ripe avocado and red poppy and some red ribbon. The sentiment is also by a set by PTI.

Hello again!!

I'm taking part in the PTI festivities for the 9th day now, celebrating their 5th anniversary!!

This time Nichole asked as to use both butterflies and leaves in a project...

Butterflies is one of my favorite themes!!! Soooo..... after created two projects, one on a piece of marble (you can see it here) and the other a shadow frame as a present for a wedding anniversary (you can see it here), I also made a couple of cards...

Here is my first one (the second will come on a later post)....

I used the butterfly die by PTI in poppy red, grey and white. I made an opening in the middle of the card using the same die and I die cut and stamped the leaves from the Harvest berries in Chartreuse. The sentiment is from a set by PTI as well...

Valentine's Day!!!

Today it is Valentine's day and of course I couldn't pass even though we don't celebrate it as much in Greece!!

I made a little something for our dearest friends who are celebrating their wedding anniversary today!!

As I also wanted to take part in the PTI festivities which are still on, and since one of my favorite themes is butterflies... I decided to play along!!

PTI's challenge today is to make a project using leaves and butterflies....

So this is my take! I made a 3D frame with their names heat embossed in gold, on (of course their names are in greek, lol!!!).

I chose to use the leaves from the Life set by Lisa Johnson, one of my all time favorites from PTI, in earth colors, gold, chocolate and bronze. I heat embossed some of them in white. I added some butterflies in gold with my Martha Stewart punch and some scarlet blings. The sentiment is from Life as well...

Happy Week!!

Although here in Greece everything is in a turmoil and the situation is really sad from all aspects.... I'm trying to paint my world happy and take part in the PTI festivities for their 5th anniversary which are going on for the 9th day now!!

The challenge for today is to create something with butterflies and leaves...

So I made this piece of marble. I chose the leaves from the Life set by Lisa Johnson which is one of my favorites. I also punched out some butterflies using the Martha Stewart punch, and finished it off with the fence die by PTI. The sentiment comes from Love lives here, another much loved set!!!

I used the stem die by PTI and two die cut hearts in red and orange. I did some stitching and added the sentiment.

One more day with a PTI contest running and this time we were asked to incorporate hears into our projects...

This is the first card I created, using Fancy flourishes and die-cut red hearts. Again the colors I chose are red and pink in the spirit of Valentine's day!!! lol....

Today is one more day for PTI festivities!!! The contest today is about sketches!! We have 5 sketches to choose from in order to create a card... This is the third card I made for this challenge and I think it is my favorite because I love coloring (esp. with my Copics!!)!!!

This is the sketch I chose for this card...

And this is the card I made.... I used the hydrangeas from jar fillers which is awesome for coloring!! So much detail!!! As I said I colored the flowers with my Copics. I added some stitching on top and the circles border at the bottom.

PTI's 6th day of festivities!!

Hello there!! Today is the 6th day of the PTI festivities and the contest is about sketches!! We have 5 sketches to choose from in order to create cards... Also there is the first post about the new projects to be release on the 15th by PTI!!! Love them!!!

So, on to the card now!! This is the sketch I chose first...

And this is the cards I created using the In Bloom set and dies stamped on yellow gold cardstock and colored with copics. I used some pieces of ribbon as leaves.

Hello again!! This is my last creation inspired by Pinterest, as we were asked to do by PTI in order to take part in their contest celebrating their fifth anniversary!!! Happy anniversary PTI!!! Keep up the awesome work!!! You have one group of extremely talented ladies and I can't wait for your release each month!!

I had to make a special gift for a special couple! I chose the colors from this photo to create this frame. I used the set Life by Lisa Johnson which is awesome!! And I also used her tutorial for a fabulous frame she made!! I used black though instead of khaki because it was a better contrast with the lilac and lime!

I made the resin flower to match my color combo and I used some lime ribbon underneath...

Also some blings and my frame is ready!!!

This is what I created using the dandelions from the anniversary 2011 set by PTI. I'm totally in love with this set and I use it every chance I get!!!

Post 3 for the PTI celebrations!!

Today is the 5th day of the PTI festivities for their 5th anniversary as I've said in my two previous posts. We were asked to get inspired by Pinterest and created something....

I used the same inspiration as before to create one more piece of marble for a baby boy this time!!

This is the piece of marble I created for a baby boy using the cute stork from the PTI stamp set. In light blue colors this time since it's for a newly born baby boy!!!

Second Post for the PTI contest!!

So today is the 5th day of the PTI festivities celebrating their 5th anniversary!!

For today's contest we were asked to get inspired by Pinterest.... the latest craze!! I've been hooked on Pinterest for a long time now and that was quite easy since there is soooo much inspiration floating around in there!!! Love it!!!

So this is the photo I chose from Pinterest to be my inspiration!!!

This set is one of my favorites!!! Love the stork!!!

And this is what I came up with....

I stamped the stork from the set by PTI on a piece of marble using pink colors to make it a present for a baby girl!!! Colored the stork very lightly with copics. Added some blings of course and some red hearts!! Love the outcome!! It's perfect for a newborn baby!!!

Today is day number 5 for the PTI festivities and we were asked to get inspiration from Pinterest, the latest craze in blogoland!!! I'm totally hooked on Pinterest and check it out everyday!! Sooo it was not hard to get inspired....

My first inspiration is this photo I found with poppies!!! (Loooove poppies!!!)

Hello again!!!

This is the second card I made today using the same color combination by Danielle Flanders as before (it's really inspiring for me!!!)

So, it's pure poppy, summer sunrise, hawaiian shores and raspberry fizz!! Again I created a background using Polka dot basics II in the colors mentioned by PTI. I stamped the cute bunny from Tremendous treats : Valentine and colored it with copics and stamped happy birthday on a strip of white cardstock...

One more day of the PTI festivities!!! That's day 4!!!

What a great opportunity to be creative every day!!!

Today's challenge is to use one of the team's favorite color combination to create a card...

I love all the combinations but I started my cards with Danielle Flanders' favorite combo!!

This is my card using pure poppy, summer sunrise, hawaiian shores and raspberry fizz by PTI.

I used the fancy flourishes to create the patterned background and the butterflies dies. I stamped Happy birthday and my card is ready!!

But I got so inspired by PTI freebies that I had to make all these cards!!!

Today is day number 2 for the PTI celebrations for their 5th anniversary and the challenge was to use these freebies designed by the PTI ladies to create a card!!!

In this third card I used the hello tag by Maile Belles, one of my favorite designers!!! Love her clean, simple and elegant style!!!

This is what I made using it....

I colored the image with my copics using red, orange, yellow and turquoise. I die cut a parisian doily in white cardstok and finished with yellow and orange satin ribbon... cute isn't it??
